Low cholesterol foods. Diet will play as a primary role in decrease the cholesterol. Some low cholesterol foods will prevent your body from disease. First is a high-fiber food like oatmeal.

Oatmeal consists of high fiber and it will prevent your body from heart disease. Oatmeal will reduce bad fat in our body. Consuming kidney beans, pears, apples, prunes and barley, can decrease the other bad fat.

The other low cholesterol foods are fish. Eating fish can make the heart healthier. In fish, there are high-level of omega 3 and it will decrease the chance of having blood clots and heart attacks. Omega 3 in fish oil can decrease sudden death risk. Some fishes that is advised by doctors are lake trout, mackerel, halibut, tuna, sardines, salmon, and herring. But, you must grill or bake the fish to avoid bad fats.

You could have omega-3 or fish oil to have some advantages. But, in fish you would not find nutrients like selenium, so you can drink supplement to complete the nutrition. Low cholesterol foods that will maintain your diet well is vegetables and fish. The other low cholesterol foods are almond, walnuts and other nuts. Nuts can reduce cholesterol of blood and also make the blood vessels healthier.

Hazelnut, almonds, peanuts, pine nuts and pecan also pistachio nuts will decrease the heart disease risk and blood cholesterol. You can also consume cheese and low fat milk to add the protein. Remember, an apple a day will keep the doctor away. So please do some prevention before you suffer from illness.
